River Mirrors are made in the UK by Caryn Moberly and her team of experienced craftsmen and craftswomen. We hope you are extremely happy with your purchase from River Furniture, but should you want to return a mirror*, we are happy to provide a full refund or exchange within 14 days. You will need to pay for the cost of delivery assuming the item is still in fully resaleable condition.
You will receive the refund back to the original method of payment. Just follow the simple procedures below:

All items to be returned must be in fully resaleable condition in their original packaging.
Request return of your item/s by using our contact page, emailing [email protected] or calling 07800845621 within 14 days of receipt of items.
We will arrange to collect the mirror from you. Please note a collection charge of £50.00 will apply to collections in mainland UK.
We will provide the refund (minus any delivery charge) within 14 days of receiving the mirror back provided that the mirror in question is returned by you and received by us in a fully resaleable condition. You will receive the refund back to the original method of payment.
If the mirror has not been returned in fully saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.
Faulty / Damaged Items
We make every effort to create and sell mirrors of the highest quality and deliver them to you in perfect condition.
We recommend that you check your mirror as soon as it is delivered by inspecting it before the delivery company leaves. If it is damaged then do not accept it. Signing for it (or accepting it but not signing for it) is confirmation that it was received in good condition.

Cancelling an Order

Unfortunately any order that has already been collected from us by the specialist delivery company cannot be cancelled, and you will have to follow our returns procedure.
Cancellations by us
We reserve the right to cancel your order if:
•Your chosen mirror is no longer available
• We do not deliver to your area.
